Memories like shells scattered on sand
Innocent childhood, innocent mischief
The sweet and sour pill
That last page of the notebook
The memories like games that get erased after writing
That peacock feather of the gift
The chalk, board and stick
Sometimes suddenly holding the ears
The memories saying sorry
Making that paper boat
Getting drenched on the road
The memories splashing in the water accumulated in the potholes due to rain
Small tiffin boxes
Sometimes like the fragrance of pickle
Memories floating in the distant air
Making that clay palace
Decorating it with flowers and leaves
Putting a firefly bulb
Memories feeling proud after seeing it
Flying like a butterfly during the day
Chitchat with the stars at night
Weaving small dreams
Memories taking the pillow and sleeping
Sometimes shedding two drops of tears
Sometimes bringing flags of laughter
