Hi guys, so today I made our Nigerian, local dish owned by the Igbos called Oha soup and I decided to share the process here.
Firstly, I prepared all my ingredients:
Onions
Peper grinded with crayfish
Stock fish
Dried fish
Ede known as coco yam
Oha leaf
Salt
Maggi
Red oil

So I cut the onion, washed my stock fish and dried fish with hot water and salt.
I pilled the coco yam, washed it and put it on fire for it to get soft in a boiling water.

When it got soft, I pounded it with the amount of red oil enough for the soup.
I didn't use any meat and I needed a stock so I just steamed the stock fish for a little time and added my pounded coco yam for it to melt completely.

When it finally melted, I added salt, blended pepper with crayfish and my dried fish.
As it was boiling, I added the cut Oha leaf and let it boil for some time.

Oha soup is finally ready. So easy to make. Try it out guys, it's really delicious.
All photos were taken by me

Pls this is the correct post, my pictures refused to load in the previous. Sorry for the inconveniences, thank you.
