Restructuring the Verify team
We received a lot of feedback on our previous post when we announced cutting back our hardcap to just $2.25m— just enough to cover our first 18 months of expenses, and first three milestones.
In keeping with this vision, we have restructured the Verify team to include the fewest number of people necessary for the success of our project. We’d originally constructed our team for scale, but it’s clear that speed and flexibility are much more important qualities at the discovery phase of our company.
You hire more people when you know **exactly what you want to build **— we can
only know that after building an early version of the product and sharing it with customers for feedback.
The token sale is just around the corner, and we’re excited to be revealing the new team structure in the next few days!
