In a horrifying incident, a 5-year-old girl was raped and killed in Haryana. The child was mutilated to death using a wooden stick, which was found inserted in her private parts. In another incident, a teenage cancer patient was gang-raped in Uttar Pradesh. The 2012 Delhi rape case had caused enough outrage in India to get the laws amended. Five years on, India continues to lose her daughters to barbaric crimes.
