The weird little things :) Monomad

I used to have Suicidal thoughts and depressive states of mind when i was a teenager.
I get sad a lot and in every happenings around me i feel like I should have done it better, i should have been better, i should be the one with that achievement and not him or not her… i just felt like everyone else was taking my place in life and getting things I should be getting, or being in positions i should be the one in. And this got me into more depressive states….

….Now i wasn’t really feeling that way because i was selfish though, but… i just felt like i wasn’t living to my full potential you know…
I always felt like i was much more talented than i was showing at the time, and i have more potential than I was living up to, so i should be the one making impact and not them 😂.
However, 😌 it all ended and my life and mind became much more amazing when i met JESUS CHRIST though.!! 😎

But the interesting thing was… even while i was in those gloomy states, i find happiness and a bit of peace in some little things of life, like WEIRD little actions or activities, you know, like keeping my hand in the tap under running water for hours, or … covering my feet with sand. Those tiny weird doings made me feel good somehow…
