Get Lucid with Monroe-Institute Hemisync
Over the last couple of months I have worked on my own ability to get lucid. Without any significant success. A few days ago a friend of me tell me about these hemisync techniques from Monroe. I try it and I have to say it is awesome. In my very first Meditation with this Technic was able to get Lucid.For everyone who knows what I am speaking about I'm totally recommend to try it yourself. Don't waste your time get lucid today 👍
