Blue tea
I heard from a collegue that there was a tea called "blue tea"
So I thought to myself would the tea itself have the color blue?
I then stumbled upon some information about a butterfly pea flower.
Infact they use these flowers and made this tea out of it.
During that time I bought a plant locally and waited for the plant to have some flowers. It was amazing and at the same time a beautiful view of the plant with the blue flowers.
I personally drank this blue tea on a regular basis. I must say a added some sugar to it.
Any other ideas for using this butterfly pea flower?
