Whatever - a masterpiece from Holland - a quote via Wikipedia says it all:

I remember when I bough a CD long ago with mainly ambient techno sounds - that time no one knew what that means. I was not impressed by 80% of the tracks but this is one of the sounds I will never forget. Enjoy! Jaydee is from the Netherlands as our hero @edje - the track was produced / published back in 1992.
