Failed to upvote bids due to RPC error

Almost all bid bots have issues early today so @upme fail to upvote the posts.

Don't worry @upme support the refund policy if your post is not upvoted you need to claim the refund see the procedure at the end of the post.

What to do if your post is not upvoted?

Send a memo to @suggeelson in following format - Missed upvote, bid value, sender, url
Example: Missed upvote, 2 SBD, @user, https://steemit.com/kr/@user/6w38n6

Writing comments in other users post about a refund, or in @upme posts, or my posts ( @suggeelson ) will not be tolerated as valid refund procedure and not be refunded.
