Home my comfort place

Hello everyone

I have had the privilege of staying with people right from my university days, and often times i find myself looking for ways to fit in. Trying to be who I'm not, trying to understand why they do things the way the do, to blend and be at ease, trying to feel loved, supported and seen.
But then, in the midst of all of this i always wished i was home. I will cry myself to sleep, telling myself i miss home, i want to go back.

So yeah a place that brings me Comfort is home -my Home.

Home a place where i am loved without conditions. A place where i always feel warm and at peace. A place where i can be meself without judgement. A place where there's always someone i can talk to and someone who is always ready to listen.
Home a place i can laugh, and cry when i want to without having to hid. A place where i can always ease my stress and let go of my worries.

The beauty of it is that there's always someone there, with opens arms waiting for me. I don't ever have to force myself to be someone else at home. I always feel loved, protected supported and heard. When i am having a bad day and i get home everything changes, the mood, atmosphere changes effortlessly just knowing you are been seen, value and needed.

Home is my comfort place, where my well being be it physically or emotionally are priotize. Home is stress-free. When i need alone time i can have it with someone behind the door waiting ready to offer a shoulder to cry if needed. It will always be my comfort place and no matter where i am, i will still find myself longing for home and the people that make it a safe heaven.
