The Day
Good evening, everyone! I’m back after a long time of not posting, I am really sorry about that! Anyway Today, I was getting ready for a walk and had to choose which shoes to wear. After some thought,
I decided on my brown loafers. Everything seemed normal until I put my right foot inside the shoe. To my complete surprise, I didn’t realize that there was a frog hiding inside the loafer. I honestly couldn’t believe it..My foot actually touched the little creature without me knowing.
Now, here’s the really crazy part, I have a serious phobia of frogs, so this was absolutely terrifying for me. When I tapped my shoe on the tiles, trying to get the thing off, the frog suddenly hopped out! I was so startled that I almost passed out. It was such an intense and shocking moment, and I still can’t get over how that little frog ended up in my shoe in the first place!...
Okay, this was just the start of my day. As I stepped outside and walked out of our subdivision, I immediately noticed that people were looking at me. That made my anxiety shoot up because I really dislike being the center of attention or having people stare at me, it always makes me feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. My heart started beating faster, and I could feel the nervousness creeping in, but I tried to push through it. I kept walking, focusing on taking slow, deep breaths, breathing in deeply through my nose and slowly letting the air out through my mouth, to help calm my racing mind. As I moved further along, I started to notice the world around me more clearly.
The fresh air was super nice, and I could smell the scent of nature mixed with the earth after some recent rain. The views were so beautiful and peaceful, everywhere I looked, there were lush green trees, thick grass, and all kinds of plants that made the place feel alive and refreshing. The natural beauty helped distract me from my anxiety, and I found myself relaxing bit by bit. The sounds of birds chirping and leaves rustling in the gentle breeze made the walk even more enjoyable. As I continued walking, I felt grateful for this quiet moment surrounded by nature(≧▽≦) I loveee the nature here in Butuan al though it's a small city but it's filled with nature.
