Today’s flashbacks

Saturday is summing up and the day ended with countless laughters. It is always hard to spare time for amusemet from hectic routine because after hefty hours of job,the remaining houra left are spent in rest only. So weekend comes as a time when we can get some time for respite from our frazzled routine.

Although this happened all of sudden and was not plannwd absolutely.My cousins appeared on my abode and awoke me up saying wake its noon now. After soending some time in gossips they planned to go out as they were feeling bored here. We planned for dinner ay Haveli resturamt but there was alot of time in dinner. So rather spending that time on bed,we chose to go out. We opted to visit the surroundings of Haveli resturant that include historical Shahi Qilla aka Lahore fort,Badshahi Mosque and mausoleum of Allama Iqbal.

Shahi Qilla is very humungous in its dimensions as it isn’t only a fort but includes everything from courts to palaces to bathhubs and soldiers posts. One wonders seeing marcellous building and engineering masterpieces. I might have visited this place for 9 or 10 times but each time this place left me with unique kind of astonishment and amusement as through my imaginations I jump back to time when this place might be echoeing with sounds of prince and princesses,kings and ministers and commander and soldiers.

We spent three hours there and then existed from the fort. The sun was about to set and only few mins werevremaining so we didn’t want to moss the opportunity from the rooftop of Haveli returant. So soon after existing from fort ,we rushingly headed towards resturant. We sat there,ordered food which was served in 30 mins . We enjoyed our meal snd then returned back. This how I pent my weekend day
