My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2023

Last time I scroll on Facebook I've seen a post that they'll be having an event of 15Km loop run, I am excited to join not to win but this event will be my motivation to live a healthy lifestyle again.

This afternoon I chatted my cousin that we'll be having our jogging and thankfully he responded with gladness.Since he's a ISM student he needed to develop endurance and strength in preparation for it's course taken .
