Team
The team is incredibly well equipped to have
taken on and to move this project forward.
There are now over 30 core team members,
with roles ranging from senior developers,
creative leads, community leads, product
design, talent recruitment and so on
4 co-founders with extensive blockchain and
business experience
5 Ph.D level graduates who are working on
Aleph Zero full time and making the project
into a reality.
Looking at this team, the idea that they could
actually solve the blockchain trilemma
becomes more believable
Tokenomics
Overall very bullish tokenomics in my opinion:

• Team has only taken 10% of token supply
• Lots of community supply in terms of distribution of tokens
• Very modest fully diluted valuation of $30 million
• Over 50% of supply released at TGE so no ridiculous token unlocks
  Final Thoughts
  Think the project has truly innovated in some of the technological elements of their protocol
  which has realised some incredible features and benefits for the project. The project has been in
  development for over 4 years, meaning they have seen it all when it comes to Layer 1s and
  have had the ‘second mover’ advantage in many things. Incredible looking team as well as very
  modest tokenomics have led me to see a product-first project.
  Whether the blockchain trilemma is truly solved with Aleph Zero remains to be seen in practice.
  Even if it is, I don't think we can expect a mass exodus from every other blockchain to build on
  Aleph Zero - it is worth noting that Aleph Zero is NOT EVM-compatible. Meaning ETH native
  projects cannot just port their code onto Aleph and begin using it straight away - and with the
  size and innovations coming out of other Layer 1s, there is enough value already within those
  projects. Aleph Zero recognises a multichain future and has made itself easily bridgeable to all
  other blockchains, seemingly recognising the point we just made - it may not replace all other
  Layer 1s but it can play a part in them, particularly with privacy and scalability.
  There is, however, an excellent opportunity that future projects, companies and developers may
  see the value of the Aleph Zero protocol and come to build there. It would not surprise me at all
  to see continued growth and innovation from this project in the future.
