【Utopian.io】A bug or my ac problem?

Hello all! After a short break, I've just come back to steemit and written some posts recently. But I am experiencing some problems these days.

Please see the following:

Yesterday, I was going to post a new article. Then I pressed "Post": (17:58, 13Nov)

It loaded a while: (17:59, 13Nov)

However, it stated "Transaction Broadcast Error" (17:59, 13Nov)

When I pressed the button "Post" again. It remained the same.

Then I went back to my blog, the article had been posted!

But today, I just come back Steemit and started to write new article. The article I wrote yesterday is still in the typing box. (09:08, 14Nov)

Are there some problems in my steemit ac? or there is a bug in the system?
