just finished a 2.92km ride, that lasted for 13 minutes.

Description from Strava: This is the route I take three times a week to the gym, plus a detour to a friend’s house, where my cycle computer switched off and I decided not to switch it back on on the way back. I could walk, but I prefer cycling.
I’ve weighed myself and I’ve put on weight over the last two or three months. I started at 53 kg and now weigh 57.
I don’t think it’s fat, it’s muscle. But don’t go by the photo – in it, my hand was gripping the bike and it makes me look like a bodybuilder. It’s an optical illusion, don’t worry.
