Äppelloppet (Apple race) 5k
I just finished a 5.0km run that lasted about 19hh:3mm:0ss !
My club arranged a 5k trail race today. I felt prepared but got really surprised when the race was at 11 and not 14 which was noted in my calendar.
I think I broke some kind of works record when I managed to get two kids dressed, get in to my running gear, find a babysitter and get to the race in 49 minutes.
The race went well. I didn't start to hard and could push my self up untill the finish line.
