Choices
Have you ever heard people lamenting how overweight they are, unhappy they are, unlucky they are?! Yeah, I use to be one of those people looking at the lives of others wondering why I'm not progressing as they are.
THEN IT HIT ME!!! (after some serious self reflection and renewing of my mind) I CHOSE to be mediocre...😣😣....oh the horror.
Yes I chose not to be happy, not to work out, not to eat right, not to be disciplined!!!
FACT: Life is about chioces!! Yes sometimes things will happen beyond our control but most things are within our reach!
Teach your children and remind yourselves that we have a Choice!! It's never easy but once we wrap our minds around this reality life will become more fulfilling!!!
