Stressful school Day

Today,Thursday like every other week day I went to school just to achieve one goal which is to get my faculty officer,HOD and my faculty Dean to sign on my deferment form.
But I failed,after making payments to my faculty officer's secretary I was asked to wait a bit which I did ,in an hour and 3o minutes time I was attended to by the faculty officer and was asked to go to HOD of my department,
When I got there I was attended to immediately by my HOD he took a looked at my documents and directed me to another office that his not in position to sign the paper.
I immediately left to the office I was directed to but the office was locked ,as at this point I was really frustrated, two things definitely was involved which is it's either I was late or the occupant of that office did not show up to work today .
Out of frustration I decided to take pictures while waiting for the rain to stop.
What a really long day.
