Even though it doesn't fly a flag and doesn't have an activated transponder, this should be a #panamenian "#naval" ship from the #aeronaval #aeronavalpanama. I relized that all of their ships have a bible reference on the hull. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of this #patrolboat or #coastguardboat .
