It has been said that people's opinion are sometimes overrated. However, some of those opinions are checks to help us know if we're on the right track. This is because we can't see the picture when we're in the frame.
There are things you will never know about yourself except someone points your attention to it. Some persons donot know that they donot know and they think they know. Now this is the worst form of ignorance. Such a person is living in a self-deluded illusion which, if not checked, will ultimately put him in a state of quagmire.
Feedbacks are avenues for us to improve on ourselves and our services. Get feedbacks from those you respect their sense of judgement and use them as building blocks to build the life you desire.
