Genesis Mining Day 10-11 - Missing Payout again
This is the 2nd time in my 11 days of Genesis Mining Blogging that I noticed that they skipped a payment. The last time, I sent a support ticket and they credited my payment in 24hrs. As with all investments, it's worth tracking on a spreadsheet. Usually when there is an error, it always happens in their own favour,
There is something to be said about making money without doing any work. In the case of Cloud Mining, Genesis Mining says we are sharing the risk and rewards. In businesses, investors usually have a say in poor services, but in this case, investors just accept it and have no choice.
I'm stuck with them for 2 years and I hope things will get better, but I'll also be looking for other investment opportunities.
