It's opening weekend is currently sitting at $21.6 million, well below even the worst, The Last Knight. From this spot it really doesn't look like it'll recover but appealing to a foreign market may be an easy way out.

In contrast Aquaman is soaring ahead, quickly piling up the money. The difference is stark, quite blatantly demonstrating that the Transformers franchise is pretty dead at this point.
