Caldereta
Good day guys. Try to make or taste a menu that is known in the Philippines. This and called caldereta. Calderata can be pork or chicken. Depending on the menu you choose. It's very easy to do. First stew garlic and onion. Enter the selected content. Pork/chicken. Saute the selected meat until the garlic and onion flavor sticks. Sprinkle it with tomato souce and tomato paste. Combine potatoes and carrots. Let simmer and season with pepper salt and pepper with bell papper. Its exact flavor has the right sharpness and sweetness. Hope you try this one. Keep safe guys
