쪽파로 감싼 뿔소라 숙회(feat. Pilsner Urquell)
데친 뿔소라를 뜨거운 물에 30초 정도 데친 쪽파로 부드럽게 감싸준 오늘 밤의 맥주 안주 "쪽파로 감싼 뿔소라 숙회(Murex with shallots)"
초고추장에 살짝 찍어서 먹으면 늦은 밤에 먹어도 다음 날 부담이 덜해요^^
