Tree care in the garden

While watering the fruit trees in my garden, I thought I should also do some maintenance on some of them.

The apple tree in the picture. Because that area gets a lot of sun, the tree gets thirsty quickly. I decided to expand the area where the water will stay a little more.

Walnut trees love water. That's why I gave the walnuts the most water. I drew a circle with a pickaxe to ensure the water stayed in that area. I designed it so that the water would stay away from the tree trunk. Contact between the water and the trunk could cause it to rot.

Tree bark can be damaged for many reasons. When the bark is damaged, the entire tree is affected, and after a while, the tree dries out. The walnut tree bark you see in the image had wear and tear and damage. I covered that area with mud. The next time I water the tree, I will tie the area where I applied the mud with a plastic bag. There is a possibility of improvement there by the next season.

Ağaç kabukları bir çok nedenden dolayı zarar görebiliyor. Ağaç kabuğu zarar görünce, ağacın tamamı bundan etkileniyor ve bir süre sonra ağaçta kuruma meydana geliyor. I'm continuing to expand the area around the trees so they can benefit more from the water. I cut the weeds near the tree trunks, as these weeds consume some of the water. I gave about 40-50 liters of water at a time. After that, I gave another round of water. I don't think the trees will suffer from drought if I don't water them for 10 days.

Ağaçların etrafını iyice genişletmeye devam ediyorum. Böylelikle sudan daha bol şekilde faydalanmış olur. Ağacın gövdesinin yanında bulunan yabancı otları kestim. Suyun bir kısmını bu yabancı otlar tüketiyor. Tek seferde yaklaşık 40-50 litre su verdim. Sulama bitince bir tur daha su verdim. 10 gün boyunca ağaçlara su vermesem susuzluktan etkleneceklerini sanmıyorum.

This is how I carried out the tree care process. Sufficient watering in July and August is vital for them. After September, watering every two weeks is sufficient. After October, watering should stop so the trees can begin preparing for winter.

Ağaç bakım işlemini bu şekilde yaptım. Temmuz ve ağustos ayında yeterince sulama onlar için hayati öneme sahip. Eylül ayından sonra iki haftada bir sulamak yeterli. Ekim ayından sonra sulamayı kesip ağaçların kış mevsimi hazırlığına başlaması lazım.
