My Actifit Report Card: June 8 2023

Hello and welcome. In this post, I share my Actifit report card, a few pictures from Thursday, and a brief hunt for Larry the Postman. We had some rain showers overnight. It a nice cool overcast morning, with flowers blooming and raindrops hanging out on leaves and petals. I got a good amount of activity and exercise in with a morning exercise session, and this was happily my fourth day in a row of doing at least 30 min of exercise per day.

The Alive Chat topic for Thursday is to participate in the Larry is Alive contest.. I try to visit Listnerds once per week as its a good opportunity to build up MAIL and currently have a little over 2,000. I like to save my MAIL and then use it to promote posts now and then.

On Listnerds I easily completed the task of reading 10 emails, proof above. As always, I was happy to see some Actifit posts on there and enjoyed reading some of the other HIVE articles I was linked to.

And that's me for today. Through appreciating where I am through pictures, posting, and working towards my goals, I am #aliveandthriving. Thanks for reading and see you tomorrow.
