Yan Kill Void King

Hello everyone! I had been thinking about this for a long time. Since I create art but I'm also a gamer I enjoy sharing gaming content as well. I usually post in the Hive Gaming community but recently I discovered the Gaming Photography community where people share beautiful screenshots and in game photography. I found the concept really interesting.This isn't actually my first Gaming Photography post. I posted there once before but I couldn't follow some of the community rules properly. Even so the moderator gave me great guidance on how to create better posts in the future. After that I got busy and didn't have time to post again.Today I finally started playing Where Winds Meet and I thought this would be the perfect game to begin my Gaming Photography journey. So today's post focuses on the opening scenes of the game.

At the beginning we are introduced to the main character Jiang Yan who is carrying his kid nephew in his arms. Suddenly a mysterious man arrives and starts talking with them. Before long several samurai appear forcing everyone to flee. While escaping on horseback an intense battle breaks out with enemies chasing them across the landscape. The action continues until we finally face the first main boss in an exciting opening fight.

Here we see our main character Jiang Yan sitting with his kid nephew when a man suddenly arrives. The man is someone Jiang Yan knows and his name is Chen Zixi.

Chen Zixi gives him a liquid to drink and then asks how it tastes. After that Chen Zixi tells Jiang Yan to let him come along but Jiang Yan refuses without hesitation. In the middle of their conversation several samurai suddenly launch an attack forcing them to escape on horseback.

This is where the action truly begins with a breathtaking sequence. Numerous samurai come after Jiang Yan trying to kill him but he fights them off and defeats them all. Later Jiang Yan and Chen Zixi reach a broken section between two mountains where they make a daring leap across the gap on horseback.

After making the jump they encounter several monstrous creatures that keep calling out Jiang Yan's name. Jiang Yan attacks them with arrows and defeats them. There are many of these creatures throughout this area.

After that we pass through a forest and arrive at a beautiful field of red flowers. At the same time it is amazing to see such a gigantic statue standing before us. The samurai are still chasing Jiang Yan and Chen Zixi through this area. Jiang Yan uses his bow to eliminate them one by one. One of the coolest moments is when massive fireballs begin falling from the sky. As they continue moving forward they discover that the ground ahead has completely collapsed. Seeing no other choice Jiang Yan and Chen Zixi make a daring leap across the gap on horseback and reach the other side but Jiang Yan falls off his horse.

After arriving here Jiang Yan encounters a massive monster-like figure known as the Void King. It appears to be a terrifying mix of a human and a demon. Soon more monsters join the battle. Chen Zixi takes on the smaller creatures while Jiang Yan faces the giant monster in an intense fight.

Since I am controlling Jiang Yan I need to understand his combat abilities in order to use such a skilled warrior effectively. The game provides a short training session to help me learn his skills.

After that I head straight into battle against the monster. It is incredibly powerful but Jiang Yan is no less formidable. The combat animations and combat skills make the game feel even more exciting and alive.

In the end Jiang Yan defeats the monster and it begins to walk away. Suddenly a glowing insect that looks like a firefly flies into the monster's eye causing it to come back to life and attack again. At that moment Jiang Yan begins to remember parts of his past and it becomes clear that he is an incredibly powerful warrior. Soon Chen Zixi helps him back to his feet. Jiang Yan then notices that the monster has managed to injure Chen Zixi slightly but Chen Zixi has already driven his sword deep into the monster's head.

At that moment the glowing firefly flies back to its master who appears to be a mysterious figure. It feels as though Jiang Yan has some kind of connection with this person.
