Freedom to shoot at my own "risk" - as this would never be possible in a western society that pampers its people to the nth degree with stifulling security - I picked up the camera with both hands and started framing the space. It wasn't long before stern looks turned into friendly and accepting smiles as the keen interest in being photographed virally spread across the work area.
