I would like to share this video with you. This video was an eye opener towards the explanation of blockchain and the daily problems it will solve. They give this explanation through a slightly simple animation.

Next to that it shows how Hashgraph may take over blockchain technology since it is faster and better controlled. Hashgraph is a new consensus, an alternative to the blockchain. It uses the gossip-protocol that works in the following manner: Every node in Hashgraph can spread signed information (called events) on newly-created transactions and transactions received from others, to there random neighbors. This means the events don´t go to every account, but a random number of accounts that represents the whole.
