Going With the Trend - Trying a Hive Power Up

Just this morning, I noticed a lot of similar activities across different users - "It is Hive Power Up Day".

With a little digging here and there, I discovered the post by Traciyork that details extensively on the Hive power-up day event and it seems like an interesting way to boost my growth on the chain, so I decided to give it a go.

Before going further, it is important to highlight that I do not entirely qualify for the HivePUD event today, but the team behind this event/contest seem quite generous enough to make room everyone.

We all have a place in the HivePUD day!

So, I'll be trying to Power up the bear minimum of 10 Hive for a start. Hive was obtained from a centralized exchange (CEX).

This power up improved my Hive power from 30 to 40HP, which is a growth regardless of how small it is. I think the important thing is that one is growing no matter how small/insignificant the rate of growth may be.

What interests me the most is the amount of support HPUD gets from a lot of big time users here on Hive, and I believe strongly that it's a right path to thread.
