A few days ago my daughter ran to me crying, asking me why Men do this ? When will her heart ever feed, When will tears divorce her swollen cheeks? When will the rejection pack it's belongings from her soul, When will her skin know no cuts, When will her face wear a smile again? When will his eyes say something nice ? When will his lips have a default taste? When will he come back for me? Wiping her tears and helping her to her feet I said in reply, Men don't stop because it's wrong, they don't start because it's right, they don't feel because it's necessary, they don't quit playing because the game is over, they don't give because they receive, they can only love when they have a heart.
