My Boxing Journey: 400 sit-ups
At the last hour of my work day I did 400 sit-ups, I broke it down into 10 rep sets. It was easy enough until I adjusted my position for the last 2 sets of 10. I was feeling so calm and moved with great ease but just the slightest changed made work harder.
I got home and started my garage gym work.
12 round breakdown:
- Rounds 1-3: speedbag
- Rounds 4-6: shadow boxing
- Rounds 7-12: heavybag and footwork
My speed is getting better on my Jab-Cross-Lead Hook, I also practiced on changing my stance from southpaw to orthodox. I noticed that my left shoulder fatigued quickly while jabbing, I am going to need to build up my endurance by getting some small hand weights for my shadow boxing rounds.
