Looks like England is onboard with the popular belief it seems that cryptocurrencies are mainly used for nefarious activities.
Furthermore, Mr. Carney, the Head of the Bank of England has flat out stated that cryptocurrencies are flat out failing to fulfill the basic requirements of currency for the general public. There does seem to be consensus however that the technology behind cryptos, in other words blockchain technology is here to stay and can be leveraged.
