music - a hot mix

well apparently we are in late autumn and winter is coming...{peers around...looking for john snow} ...we are still in shorts and t-shirts, pedaling down to the coast for a swim a few times a week.

in preparation for the delicious heart warming comfort food we devour in cold weather i made a batch of my stupendously delicious hot chili sauce.

well, different chillies from the ones i used in south africa although they are named the same ... made a slight difference in taste .... but the real wake up call was when i popped half a teaspoon of sauce into my mouth...

man, was i dosed.... my good wife was laughing so hard while asking should she call an ambulance... eishhhh... is going to add excellent value to curry's and casseroles... lamb stews and lasagna's.

for the record i made this for years selling to colleagues ... and in the end the demand grew far too much so i now only bottle for home and some family.
