San Jorge luchando con el dragón (Detalle/Interpretación)/Saint George Fighting the Dragon (Detail/Interpretation)

Es mi primera vez publicando en esta comunidad, así que, saludos, espero que estén de maravilla, disfrutando de su surfeada por acá.

He dibujado durante muchísimos años, he encontrado disfrute en dibujar obras de los grandes maestros, en esta ocasión, dibuje un detalle del "San Jorge luchando con el dragón" del pintor alemán, Rubens, no es tan común que haga esta clase de dibujos pero como ya les he comentado, le he conseguido diversión haciéndolo. It's my first time posting in this community, so greetings, I hope you're having a great time, enjoying your surfing here.

I have drawn for many years, I have found enjoyment in drawing works by the great masters, on this occasion, I drew a detail of "Saint George fighting the dragon" by the german painter, Rubens, it is not so common that I do this kind of drawing but as I have already told you, I have had fun doing it. I hope you enjoy the post.

El boceto fue lo que menos me costo, fue sencillo resolver la estructura del caballo, me dio mucha satisfacción ver el boceto de lejos, ya que al estar tanto tiempo cerca de el y dibujando creí que solo eran un montón de garabatos juntos.

The sketch was the least costly for me, it was easy to solve the structure of the horse, it gave me great satisfaction to see the sketch from afar, since being close to it for so long and drawing I thought it was just a bunch of scribbles together.

Por otra parte el hacer las sombras, fue un trabajo de fluctuar la cercanía y la distancia que debía tener para comprender lo que debía mejorar o hacer. Algo que me fascina hacer es dibujar en grafito aún que tengo años sin hacerlo, en este dibujo, me rete a hacerlo, un poco de retos no hace mal.

On the other hand, making the shadows was a job of fluctuating the closeness and distance that it had to have to understand what it had to improve or do. Something that fascinates me to do is draw in graphite even though I haven't done it for years, in this drawing, I challenged myself to do it, a bit of challenges doesn't hurt.

No diré que todo fue miel sobre hojuelas, fue grata la experiencia de hacer el dibujo en menos de un día, sombrear de nuevo con grafito; me contento darme cuenta que no había perdido la habilidad de dibujar así después de tantos años.

I will not say that everything was honey and flakes, the experience of making the drawing in less than a day was pleasant, shading again with graphite; I was happy to realize that I had not lost the ability to draw like this after so many years.

Acá les dejo la obra original de donde me copie del caballo, espero que les haya gustado el dibujo, el post y que sea bien recibido. También espero que entiendan que copie la obra por mera practica de dibujo y no para apropiarme de absolutamente nada.
