Time to Move out of my Comfort Zone and be Alive again

I have spent too long time playing it safe and hoping for a change without taking any real action to make it happen. I think it's time to stop waiting and start taking risks and pushing myself to try new things and embrace the unknown.
Having spent almost a year at home without a job and waiting for promises that never materialized, I realized that waiting passively won't change my situation and that real change requires me to take active steps towards my goals, even if it means facing rejection and mockery.
Since my business failed November last year, life has not been easy for me financially and emotionally, because every passing day requires money to survive and keep moving on. Family upkeep and kids school needs have been weighing heavily on my shoulders, making it harder for me to take risks and pursue new opportunity without worrying about how I would cover basic needs for my family while building something new.
It's hard to live without support, but harder still to live without hope and purpose. I feel hopeless most times because I don't have anyone to call upon to aid me financially to start a new venture or pursue a new entrepreneurial path that could generates income and build a better future for me and my family. Promises are like sweet music to the ears, but often leave you stranded when melody fades and reality sets in.
Many times, I have had great and sweet promises from friends who said they would help me financially to get back on my feet again, but none of those promises has ever materialized. It was either something more important came up for them or they simply forgot about me and move on with their lives. I wouldn't blame them because everyone has their own struggles and their own priorities to manage.
I was hoping to be able to rebuild my former business and reconnect with my old customers, but the capital required for such a venture seems impossible to raise on my own given my current financial situation. I was never afraid to start over from scratch and rebuild what I had lost, but the weight of family responsibilities makes it feel like I am carrying the world on my shoulders and it's exhausting when every step forward feel like climbing a mountain with a heavy load.
But today, I am choosing to believe that I can get out of this comfort zone and embrace the challenges ahead with courage and determination. Now, it doesn't matter if I go back to doing business or not, what matters right now is that I have something that earn me money to support my family. If in the cause of doing that, I got help financially to get back to doing business then that would be a blessing. My primary focus right now is to have a means of stable income even if it's not much but enough to keep my family afloat and give me breathing room to figure out something better for the future.
My decision now is to start applying for jobs as from tomorrow morning being Monday. Jobs that are common in my area are mostly private schools teaching positions, retail sales jobs, and menial labor jobs that don't require qualifications but can pay the bill while I figure out a way to get the capital needed to restart my business or explore new business opportunities.
Coming to this decision was not easy, but as a man with kids and responsibilities, I know I cannot afford to let pride or fear stand in the way of providing for my family. Whatever it takes I will do to ensure my children are fed and my family stays together even if it means taking a job that's way below my expectations or previous status in life.
