The Mangled Thighs
Mangled thighs have been turning up all over Africa and the inhabitants are scared. Ten murders in ten weeks, all committed with a candlestick, and still nobody has a clue who the deranged killer is.
Dr Dick Smith is a puny and cute computer programmer with a fondness for comedy. He doesn't know it yet but he is the only one who can stop the brutal killer.
When his aunt, Zoe Smart, is kidnapped, Dr Smith finds himself thrown into the centre of the investigation. His only clue is a ripped sandwich.
He enlists the help of a loving scout called Tommy Parkes.
Can Parkes help Smith overcome his television addiction and find the answers before the deranged killer and his deadly candlestick strike again?
