What is NEO capable of?

I'm curious about knowing if there are any use cases for blockchain projects that neo cannot fulfil presently or within the future.

Vanilla neo chain is 1000~10000 TPS, swish AF sensible contracts/ICOs
dBFT suggests that community controlled (NEO holders elect nodes, 2/3 accord required) and unforkable
Holding modern generates GAS dividends, even for offline wallets (no staking required)
Service fees for registering assets are distributed to all or any neo holders, thus GAS isn't destroyed
GAS may be used as a second, feeless currency via Trinity state channels (think XRB)
Cross-chain compatibility
IoT device management through sensible contracts
ALL THE dAPPS
Compiler permits ANY artificial language to be reborn to AVM bytecode for dApps
NeoFS and NeoQS are attending to mean file-sharing and quantum cryptography resistance.

Digitized Assets (protected through digital identity = compatible with current legal frameworks)
Stealth addresses via NEP within the future!
So what will neo not do? are there any current (popular or not) blockchain comes that neo could not conjointly handle? If not, i am even a lot of optimistic on the sensible Economy idea than i used to be before. God tier crypto that simply handles everything.
