The Korean Egg Drop Sandwich is extremely popular in Korea, and fortunately, there are several vendors in Cebu who serve it. The bread is excessively thick; it should be sliced with a 1-inch from the bottom to create a pocket for holding the ingredients. It consists of dense bread, eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, and a sauce. What I bought was so large that it can already feed two people. Overall, the sandwich is very tasty and all ingredients incorporate to each other, and I will soon try with various tastes or varieties.
