Who I Am

My name is Eugene, and I run Swancorp Media — a media and content company built around one simple belief: the businesses that document their journey openly are the ones that win long-term. I'm not here to write theory. I've been in the trenches — building teams, managing clients, creating content systems, and figuring out how to turn creative work into sustainable income. Some of it has worked brilliantly. Some of it has crashed spectacularly. You'll hear about all of it.

Why I'm on Hive

I've been watching the creator economy shift for years. Platforms take, algorithms punish, and ad revenue shrinks. When I discovered that Steemit rewards content directly through its blockchain — no middleman, no algorithm gate — it made immediate sense to me as a business model.

But more than the income, what drew me in was the community. Hive feels like the early days of the internet, when people built things because they genuinely believed in them. I want to be part of that.
