Fisheries and Livestock Minister Narayan Chandra Chanda said to the students that there is a degradation of values ​​among the students of Bangladesh today. We have to bring back lost values. There will be political ideals but there will be no conflict.

Fisheries and Livestock Minister Narayan Chandra Chanda said this at a discussion organized by Jessore Science and Technology University (JBPB) Fisheries and Marine Bioscience Division on the occasion of National Fisheries Week-2013. For students, Narayan Chandra Chanda said, 'Those who will respect them. Now we have gone to the level of deprivation of values ​​that do not respect the people. We have to bring back our values. The nation is moving but we know where we are pacing. We have to repair this going back. Then we can move faster. The country is going forward To preserve the balance of this, we have to bring back our values. In this case students can play a leading role. '
Referring to self-sufficiency in Bangladesh food, Narayan Chandra Chanda said that self-contained food does not just mean rice. When we get everything according to the needs of rice-fish-milk-milk-curry-vegetables-vegetables-fruits, then we will be self-sufficient in food. He said, under the firm leadership of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, we have become self-sufficient in the form of rice. We have announced this year to be self-sufficient in the country. He said Bangladesh is third in the world in the production of internal fishes. And if the fish farming and fishery accumulation are done, then Bangladesh is now in fourth position. I have visited various places of the country, I think the entire Bangladesh is a fishery farm. If we try, we can occupy the first place.

Narayan Chandra Chanda said, "There is no substitute for research to increase fish production and prevent disease-pest." Crushing of polluted pollutants, viruses and bacteria. There should be a scientist of the peasants to prevent these. '

Sheikh Afil Uddin, MP of Jessore-1 constituency said, "There are still fisheries cultivated in a commercial way in Bangladesh. The technical knowledge of the peasants is very minimal.
