Rating system is jacked

Games getting harder and harder to play and I don't understand how when I lose a battle I lose more rating points than I do when I win a battle and how come when I win multiple battles in a row the ratings point don't go up sometimes it even goes down on multiple wind streaks it used to go up something is screwy
