Hey Steem Community,

At 1Ramp (Hapramp Studio), we are looking to hire a full-time remote Android Developer to work on the 1Ramp-Steem app.

Job Description


Role: Android Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge about Kotlin
  • Experience in Android app development. Have published at least one original Android app.
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of the MVP, MVVM or other architecture components.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Proficient understanding of Git.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
