Being alone is like a pleasure in itself for me. I enjoy my solitude every day. When I speak to others, I don't feel comfortable and tend to struggle to connect in conversation. That's why I keep myself occupied with solitude. Lately, I've moved homes three times in just a few months, and it's been exhausting for me to keep rearranging my room and adjusting to new surroundings. But sometimes I want to talk to others and voice my opinions or just chat with someone. However, afterwards I wonder whether what I said was right or if I was just overreacting to something or a certain viewpoint. It seems that being alone is better. Anxiety, loneliness, melancholy and pain shape who I am today. Actually, I created this collage to vent about what I’ve experienced and thought about, something about my personality. I will turn this series of collages into an artzine with a total of 32 pages, of course as a reflection for me to keep thinking and stay motivated.
