Canada day. A day at the gym. My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2026

Today was Canada Day. The streets were quiet and I saw more flags than normal. That was actually nice.

A few streets were closed because of the Canada Day parade but overall things were pretty easy because I was walking the dog, walking to the gym and only did some driving after the parades were over.

The driving,? My son driving to the gas station because I offered him a tank of gas and his tank was on fumes.

I did take a peek at the parade and looked out at the fireworks briefly in the evening.

Mostly though?

I was really tired after the workout.

I had things I wanted to do on hive so I got my steps and enjoyed my day. Festivities not required :)
