A different flavor for peanuts, and an easy/convenient method.
Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good evening to all my dear friends. I am moving into a new life. I am adjusting to that new lifestyle again. So I am loving this new life so much, really loving it, really loving it. Spending the day with my new daughter. I rarely get the chance to rest. But in the little time I get, I like to make a new recipe. The new recipe I made at that time is called these sugar-coated peanuts. It doesn't take much time. It can be made very quickly and can be enjoyed immediately. So let's see how we make this sweet snack.
Ingredients;
- 100g of peanuts
- Three tablespoons of sugar
- 80ml of oil
- An egg
- 50g of plain flour
- Two tablespoons of milk powder
- A pinch of salt powder
The method of making;
First, add the milk powder to the plain flour and mix well.
Add the egg to another bowl.
Then add sugar to it.
Add the sugar to the egg and dissolve well.
Add the liquid mixture to another bowl, add the flour mixture to it.
Add pinch of salt powder.
And mix well.
Now add the peanuts, washed and dried well with their shells, to the batter.
Mix well.
Take a small portion of the mixture and add it to the hot oil and fry on low flame for four to five minutes. Avoid burning the mixture until it turns brown. Otherwise, if it is overcooked, its taste/color may change.
If you are a peanut lover and a sweet tooth lover, this recipe is perfect for you. Otherwise, I believe this recipe is worth trying for a quick snack, when you feel lonely, or to make your cup of tea more delicious. Try making it yourself. It is a very easy/convenient sweet snack.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
