The EEL Shaped Fish (Barracuda)

My school had organised a Chinese cooking class for students who are interested in learning the Chinese language.
But then I didn't even know about it and the opportunity to be among those who attended the cooking class came by a closed in opportunity.

The Cooking class was hosted in the Kitchen area of one of the biggest hotel around school.
We got into there kitchen area and it was magnificent. I haven't seen such kitchen except in movies. And this place was really a great site to see.
Whilst we where having our class the chef, where busy tending to customers waiting for there order in the dinning area.

A Customer had ordered for Fisherman Soup and it was prepped by the Chef , his assistants brought this huge fish and she started scaling.

So I went close to take a picture and then I spoke out loud and called the fish an EEL

It sure looked like an eel and she immediately corrected me and said 'Its called Barracuda fish'.
And since then I haven't forgotten what she called it.
I had to search for it and realised that the fish is quite expensive and dangerous , seeing how they would have spent a lot to get the fish to the Nigerian restaurant.

Even though it's long shaped like an Eel it has quite a firm body type and , look quite fleshy compared to the eel.
