Blissful Friday retreat

Today was really a fun day and I really enjoyed every moment because I spent most of my time today on the beach and it was decided this morning because I was bored at home and due to the short distance between the beach and my house, I decided to spend quality time with myself.

Immediately I got there and I stepped on the sand it was so relieving because I needed that touch of sand on the beach for some reasons I can't even explain. The cool breeze was so therapeutic that I felt its impact instantly.

Luckily for me, I found a perfect spot to sit down and it has a tent because I didn't come with my sunscreen cream and I don't want to experience sun burn even though I'm black. " black is beautiful by the way".

With the perfect spot claimed to myself, I was just stared at people enjoying with their couples and family and surely someday I will also come down here with my friends and family and probably my husband.

I spent most of my time sitting until I needed to get something to eat and when I did before I came back someone else had claim my seat and that was the time I knew my short vacation was over. I wasn't angry though because I knew I have achieved the reason I came there today.

I needed to go out today and I did it and I feel better about it. Though it was a short one, I really enjoyed it because this week has been a rough week and it became better just by visiting the beach.
