Pink skies
Pink sky in morning, just before last weeks storms. It's difficult at times for me to change my perspective when taking photos because of some physical limitations. I might see something, and want to change it, but I'm limited by things both under and outside of my control. Just a slight change in perspective, like kneeling below an old vine can change what we see. The same is true in my life, and life in general. I've had to change my perspective about many things as my body has failed or changed, and I've had to change my perspective about things in life as I've learned, and grown and matured. It's not always easy to see things the way someone else does. It wasn't that easy for me to see what was at the level of this vine until I knelt down and looked. It took a little work, a little humility and some desire. Those same things seem to always be true when I try to see things as others see them, or try to learn why someone, even a child, thinks what they think or does what they do . . .
